Mr. Finder is the pre-eminent national credit damage measurement expert and expert witness since 1995. He has successfully consulted and testified in mediation and in state and federal court for plaintiff  and defense.  His proven repeatable procedures have guided jury awards to increase plaintiff damage claims value by 400% (up to $930,000) and have reduced a $600,000 credit damage claim to zero. His ability to connect with a jury is enhanced by his teaching, and his clients include individuals and businesses, consumers and credit grantors. In 1992, he authored the first state bar accepted continuing education seminar, Credit Reports, Misconceptions and Reality, to reveal how the American credit system operates related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). In 2002, he authored the first state bar accepted seminar on Credit damage: Credit Damage, Evaluation & Compensation.
